Corporate Citizenship/Employee Engagement Campaign 

The Honeywell Annual Employee Giving Campaign is part of Honeywell Hometown Solutions Corporate Citizenship Marketing Program.

 

Since its inception in 2004, HHS has developed a wide array of award-winning programs across five areas of critical importance: Family Safety & Security, Housing & Shelter, Math & Science Education, Humanitarian Relief, and Habitat & Conservation.  These programs directly support Honeywell’s mission of “Improving our Communities, One School, One Home, One Family, One Life at a Time.” 

 

Objective:

Promote the Honeywell Annual Employee Giving Campaign in an effort to increase employee awareness, engagement & participation, and increasing internal fundraising

 

Campaign:

 

  • MC worked with the corporate communications team at Honeywell to manage a year-long series of initiatives surrounding the Annual Employee Giving Campaign …

  • MC developed all programming, messaging and collateral associated with a phone message program, direct mail campaign, promotional newsletter and e-communications campaign.

 

Results:

Under MC’s guidance, the Honeywell Annual Employee Giving Campaign achieved a year-over-year increase in worldwide donations.
